(2-MAN
SCOTCH -- (Players alternate hitting each shot)
On the first hole of scotch play, the partners select a player to
tee off on all odd numbered holes and the other partner then tees
off on the even numbered holes. After the tee shot there is alternate
hitting of each shot until the ball is holed.)
